Angel joins Fairwater from Seabulk, where he served on the leadership team overseeing fleet management. He brings deep maritime engineering knowledge and proven operational leadership, having held senior positions across both maritime and manufacturing industries. His background includes serving as VP of Technical Services at Carnival Cruise Line and Managing Director at MAN Energy Solutions, along with leading large-scale manufacturing operations at Cummins Inc. Angel earned his MSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the University of Florida.

Angel Colon-Perez

Before his role as Fairwater’s chief executive officer, Dan served as CEO and President of Seabulk and as a Vice President of SEACOR Holdings. He also oversaw SEACOR&#8217;s short-sea shipping and logistics investments and served as the chairman of Trailer Bridge Inc. Prior to Seabulk, Dan served in SEACOR&#8217;S offshore marine services division on operational and commercial assignments, and later worked on business development at SEACOR&#8217;s corporate group. His experience includes company reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. Dan graduated from University College, London.

Dan Thorogood

Before joining Fairwater, Jorge served in the same role at Seabulk Tankers, Inc., overseeing Ocean Transportation and Port Services. There, he was responsible for day-to-day and longer-term strategic commercial activities. He served as a marine engineer at ConocoPhillips (Polar Tankers) before joining Seabulk in 2009 in a technical shoreside role. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime Academy.

Jorge Del Rey

Lena comes to Fairwater from Seabulk, where she oversaw newbuilding and capital projects as Vice President of Engineering. Previously, she held multiple senior operational positions at major cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean Group and Norwegian Cruise Line, leading technical and newbuilding teams, and executing multi-million-dollar projects. Lena holds a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, where she served as a Lieutenant. She also holds an MBA and MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.

Lena Piazza

Mike joined Fairwater from Seabulk, where he supported SEACOR’s corporate team as Vice President of Labor Relations, HR, and Benefits. His more than 20 years of experience includes managing maritime labor union agreements and overseeing and implementing HR compliance. He holds the title Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management. Mike earned his BA at West Virginia University and MA from Florida International University.

Mike Lowry

With over two decades of experience, Nicole has held roles at renowned organizations with strong private equity backing. Her career includes positions as Chief Financial Officer of National Dentex, LLC (Cerberus Capital Management), Smokey Bones Bar &amp; Fire Grill (Sun Capital Partners), and President/CFO of Shula&#8217;s Steak House. Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami.

Nicole Milnthorpe

Trish most recently worked with Crowley, where she led the mergers and acquisitions closing of the Fairwater transaction. Her unique background includes experience on both the operations and deals side. And as part of her 13 years in the oil and gas industry, Trish worked in the Prudhoe Bay Oil Field as maintenance team lead. She has an Executive Finance certificate from Wharton, an MBA from the University of Portland, and a BA from Portland State University.
