Our story

In 2024, two of the most prominent names in U.S. coastwise shipping, Crowley and SEACOR Holdings, integrated their petroleum and chemical transportation vessels, capabilities, and teams to form Fairwater, a new and independent company. Today, Fairwater is a premier transportation partner, giving customers access to decades of technical and operational expertise, a larger, more diversified fleet, and an expanded geographic footprint. Our unique ability to optimize operational efficiencies and spearhead innovation positions us as the industry’s next-generation provider of exceptionally agile and trustworthy energy transportation solutions.
